I actually tried a case where the death was first deemed a suicide, but based on blood

spatter and computer searches, that theory was disproved and there was a guilty verdict.

happened after that? Yeah, so according to my conversations with police when they get

to the scene that night, they carry it as a suicide for the reasons that we mentioned
