Summary

Relisha Rudd was just eight years old when she went missing in 2014. Kahlil Tatum, the man suspected of grooming and kidnapping her, deceived Relisha’s family – and the police – in the weeks leading up to her disappearance. After nine years of searching, authorities are still looking for Relisha and pleading for the help of the public to find her.

1:14.7	the Washington, D.C. homeless shelter where relisha lived.
1:19.4	He dropped off a medical excuse form and explained it was for a religious doctor, but the staff

1:28.0	The doctor was not a doctor at all, but the shelter's janitor, a 51 year old convicted
