Okay, so I have a new form of birth control called next planon that they surgically implant into your arm.

Which I just want to say that that was like under sold to me by my doctor like they did not really inside your

arms yeah she was kind of like she was like oh we just like insert into your

arm it's like no big deal whatever but like no it was like fuck it was like

really intense like it hurt really badly when they put it in my arm I go I don't
