On this episode we discuss how Dedrick Owens endured a terrible home life which caused many behavioral issues, but nobody intervened to help. Despite the fact that there were many incidents of violence & multiple reports that Dedrick was carrying a weapon, he was still able to use a gun taken from home to shoot 6 year old Kayla Rolland.
