This is the last episode, the last episode of the Killers Code series, I should say.

And yeah, man, it's been a lot of fun, and I've really enjoyed putting this together for you guys.

And there are some episodes that I will be referring back to in the future.

All right.

So my goal with this sort of relaunch, if you will, is to lay the foundation with these 12 episodes of the Killers Code.

Because this is the fundamental mindset that you have to have as a competitor.

All right.

So there's going to be episodes that I do in the future.

Well, I'll refer you back to

the law of control, the law of growth, the law of self-preservation, the law of worth? And so I want you to

use this as a library, if you will, all right, and go back and re-listen to these. All right, so the last one,

this is uh this is

going to be fun man because uh i'm i'm kind of known especially in my inner circle as the systems guy

all right so this is the law of efficiency the law of efficiency aka systems all right so i'm going to tell you guys how I kind of, how I, when I first started embodying systems,

because I don't want you guys to get the idea that since I was born or I was, you know,

like a 10 year old just creating all these complex systems for things.

That's not the case at all.

Really, I learned most of what I learned

about systems out of necessity. So for those of you don't know, post-NFL career, I was trying

to figure out what I wanted to do next. And I got the idea that I wanted to be a firefighter.
