It's actually the first day of December.

And you know what happens on the first day of December?

Advent.

You get to start your Advent calendars.

Yes, that is correct.

I wonder if everybody listening does Advent calendars and know what they are.

An Advent calendar is basically like a countdown to Christmas and then every day you get a small

chocolate or trinkets or prize or something. And it's just a fun way to count from one to Christmas

Eve in December. So the internet steered me wrong again, and I have to fix something I said last week.

My pronunciation of the indigenous people slash Native American tribe that I said welcomed the pilgrims,

I pronounced it way wrong.

And the people of New England were like, whoa, Casey, that wasn't right.

So instead of what I said, it's actually pronounced Wampanog.

Yeah, I knew that.

Whoa, you should have been in the episode then.

Wampanog, not at all how I said it.
