He'd go to these events and hand out Oreo cookies and then he'd do a demonstration.

Oh yeah, so it relates to this concept I call proximity effect, which is basically like

anytime you put a bite of food in your mouth, whichever parts of that bite are in closest

proximity to your tongue will be accentuated.

So you've taken Oreo and just bite into it.

You don't need to actually taste that much cream filling.
