But the reality is that existence is what makes you sick. And I don't just mean, we're talking about

hurry sickness. This is like sickness in every form. This is where chronic diseases and, you know,

infections, parasites, mold, all these things, they, when you're wondering like, why am I not healing?

It's because your body is in a state

of constant fight or flight it is perceiving threat at all times because you're racing around

and your brain is receiving all the messages so your body is like frantic because it is frantic right

like you're like making lunches and making dinner and like racing around your house,

All of that movement, all of that chaos is signaling it like we're in a war.
