had a great experience and also we became friends. So that's the best part that comes out of meeting

really interesting people that do great works. So today we have James Golnick to talk about sugar

actually. Not just the work. It's not about tea. So we're not promoting although it is connected. I mean

the sugar does affect the tea. So you've recently launched your book that's called Kick Sugar.

And we're very much aligned because Alex and I would do our best to avoid sugar. But I'd say we

got more relaxed when we moved to Europe. We do have obviously fruit, honey. I did offer you for

your tea and you refused. So I'm curious to hear about that. And you know we do eat natural sugars.

But let's just go back into you know even you're talking about what inspired you to write this book

smile. So thank you James. I really appreciate it. So my day job is a dentist and I've been battling

the damage that sugar does to our tea every single day. And after 25 years of it I think you know

what, there must be a better way. We get people in. We talk to them about their diet. We go through

diet histories. We fill a cavity, get them out of pain and they come back in six months and they

have another cavity. Thought something needs to change here. And tooth decay is 100% down to diet.
