As most of my friends know pretty much every beer I brew is made with the intention of being written about for one of our projects whether that's an experiment

It's during these times that I'll usually invite a bunch of my friends over to help me empty a

few kegs to make space for new ones.

Well, this is exactly the position I'm in now, and it just so happens that my wife is currently in Las Vegas with a bunch of my friend's wives.
