I was just outside taking a bot, so I can't really run and I had to go to a doctor yesterday

because my right knee is acting up.

I mean, I had planned to get this in advance.

I didn't just get it overnight, but it was sort of like, oh gee, yeah, it's a good idea

to get this.

I went to a doctor yesterday because I was having pain above my right knee and not when

I normally squatted where you have the hip hinge and then the ankle flexion, but let's

say you had vertical shins like you would for like a landmine squat or a sumo deadlift

and it hurt like a motherfucker, my right knee, and the doctor basically said I got all
