Once again, for you guessed it, a programming note for a cap or no cap episode that went entirely

too long, or at least longer than we planned on recording.

And as a result, I split it into multiple episodes.

Now, look, I like to keep these things less than an hour on the Sunday pod. We like to go longer,

but especially with cap or no cap, I want to break them up as best as possible so you guys get

them in short bites. This week, we weren't focusing on a specific player, but Jeremy wanted

to focus on more of a concept. And it's cap or no cap trading for a superstar.

Well, in part one, which I got to be honest, I thought this was going to be one of our quicker

pods because we weren't focusing on a specific player and there wasn't going to be much to get to.

Let's just say there's about 20 minutes of lead-up, and then there's an ad break in the

episode you're about to listen to in part one that you're listening to.

And then Jeremy asks a simple, true or false question of about 14 or 15 players, and it's,

are they a superstar or are they not a superstar and what ensues might be

my favorite conversation that we've had on the pod. It's not just because I just, I was allowed to

get involved in it, but I am positive that this will have ripples and you guys will get

involved in the conversation. I can't wait for the feedback to this on what you guys

think on whose sides you take. So here in part one, you're getting a fun conversation about
