who I'm looking at right now, I haven't talked to him before this,

is we are recording this on Thursday night, June 13th.

So you were, and you were listening to this several days after that.

So you will not hear about any talk about the potential NBA champion in Boston Celtics or anything else that goes on in the NBA over the weekend because we don't know about it yet.

But we're still counting on everything we're talking about now being relevant.

And Jeremy, for that, I rely on you. How are you, sir? Doing great, John. Doing fantastic. You know,

the weather's beautiful, getting out into the park. It's great. You're getting into any parks,

John? Any part? Funny it up, I am? Is there a park by your apartment?

There is. One could say it's a central park. It's very central to to the island of Manhattan.

Is that your closest park? Really? Yeah. I lived half a block away. Yeah, it was half a block from Central Park for two years when I was in law school.

And it was glorious.

I loved running at Central Park.

It was great.

It's, you know, the best thing about living near Central Park is I get to pretend that I'm rich enough to live near Central Park forever.

And I'm not. But live near Central Park forever.

And I'm not.

But it's nice to dream.
