Hello, everybody and welcome to another edition of the Nix Film School podcast.

My name is Andrew Claudio, aka GMAC.

And no, it's not time for a pregame pod because Nix will not play a game until late October.

But we are in off-season mode.

And oh, boy, has it been an eventful week here in Knicksland. It involved

for the first time since 1983 a transaction with the cross-town rival. The Brooklyn Nets

the Nicks obviously made a blockbuster trade on Tuesday night. Sending McKell Bridges to the New York

Knicks. We've done everything to give you

the Knicks perspective on that side. Jeremy and John have been in their bag, as the kids would say,

telling you what this means and did they exceed the first apron, the second apron, all the

cat mechanics and what this means from the Knicks side. But of course, my expertise comes in bringing the other perspective here.

And rumor has it, I'm not the most popular with all 87 Nets fans out there.

Because I like to take 10 seconds to laugh.

And I even took the high road.

Y'all remember on the emergency live stream?

I said, I like this deal for the Nets.

It gives them a direction.

But there's somebody that went a little viral himself with his reaction, reacting after

his metropolitans won a baseball game over their cross-town rivals.

And he chose to react to the trade instead.

And he's here with me as well to react at the same time.
