with him shortly.

Yes, the man himself who was here for three and a half years, started his career with the Knicks before Phil Jackson unceremoniously.

Yes, I'll say it, unceremoniously traded him and fellow fan favorite, J.R. Smith, to the Cleveland Cavaliers to help complete their championship team.

It was really quite a time.

It definitely had some ups and downs with the, or that Nick team definitely had some ups and downs.

But it was really just,

nothing with smooth sailing for the most part for Iman, which puts him in a small class of

players that have been here over the last 25 years.

It's one of the reasons I was really excited for this interview because, you know, I think

a lot of players that have come through here

in the last 25 years maybe have some conflicted relationships with, whether it's the fan base

or the franchise, but Amman's time here was, I mean, it was positive.

And even when the team itself was maybe not doing as well. I don't think anybody blamed him.

So I was excited for this one.

And boy, did he come through because this was a really great conversation,

gave us some really great stuff as he discussed.

Obviously, the Knicks, his time with the Knicks.
