It's your boy, John of the Macri, with you for another episode of the Nix Film School podcast.

Coming at you on a Wednesday, as we are still in the midst of will they or won't they trade for Donovan Mitchell to further

discuss that topic we bring on the one and only more than a friend of the pod, as we will

discuss in the episode, Fred Katz of the Athletic.

He's had a couple bangers over the last several days in regards to the

Donovan Mitchell sweepstakes, including one yesterday in which he reported on some of the

inner workings of the Knicks front office. We get into that. We get into where he thinks the

trade landscape is and where things will go from here. So all of that coming up.

Only other thing I want to say very quickly before we get to the interview.

And that is my fault because ready for this one.

My wife and older daughter are visiting family in Nashville for a few days.

And I am staying with my mom here in New York so she can give me a hand as I watch the baby by myself, by my lonesome for I'm in the midst of a three-day run, just me and the little

nugget.

And in my haste of packing for the long, long, long trip from Brooklyn to Manhattan, I forgot

my usual microphone.

So the brunt of that falls upon you, dear listener, I hope you can forgive me, but we will be back to our normal audio standards before you know it.
