I'm coming at you on a Monday, which means I am not alone. I am with my esteemed co-host, my better half. He's the brains of the operation. He might be the brawn, too. He always, you know, I know he goes

haven't been to a gym in like 11 months. Well, I appreciate that. You used to go to the gym on

the regular. I did. Yeah. Now it's it's more home workouts, which it's hard to do, especially when

it's this cold out. You don't really want to go outside. You don't want to do anything. But yeah,

that's a new life. I'm pretty proud of myself. I did go for a run earlier today before the game.

Very nice. Yeah. It's, uh, it was, it was something about when you run in, in sub 30 degree temperature,

it makes you feel like more of a man, which I'll take any time. I can it. So we have a jam-back show because, boys, there are a lot going on in Nick's land.
