If I sound a little giddy right now, that's because I just got done with the interview

that you are about to hear with a man who really does need no introduction, but I'll say a few words about him

anyway.

Alan Hahn, first time on the show.

We had talked about doing this years ago, and there was always the scheduling something

or other.

But finally got him on, and let me tell you, this is, this is one of the more enjoyable spots that I have done in quite some time.

You're going to really love it.

I'm not going to filibuster, but I will just say, you know, and it's funny because the interview just ended,

me and Andrew were talking about Alan.

Like, he's been were talking about Alan.

Like, he's been around covering this team for two decades now, you know, because he came on first covering the Knicks for Newsday back in 2005.

And it's the 23, 24 season.

So we're, you know, coming up on on your 20 and you think about like,

you know, like Berman retired last year and everybody, you know, gave all sorts of flowers to Berman

because he had been, you know, on this beat for for two decades with the post, a little over two

decades. Hans been doing it for almost as long. And I know it's not as a beat writer anymore, but just to expand to, obviously, he's on ESPN radio.
