Next time I see you, I'll be fully ready to go. How's life? What's going on? I mean, this is the first time you're not working on TV. I mean, I've been seeing you on TV since you stopped playing. It's been about 20 years since I ain't seen you on 30 years. You know what, Matt, man, it's been a minute.

It's amazing, but This is the first,

so it's amazing, but this is the first football season. If you go all the way back to, to,

to college, this is the first football season. I have not been on national TV. Right, whether working

or talking, or talking about it, or talking anything. So it's been a long, it's been a long time, but it was refreshing, you know, to be able to, to take off, I guess you could call it them six months with Fox, FS1 made the decision to counsel all the shows for whatever reason that they felt they needed to. There was opportunities out there. People wanted me to dive right in immediately.

But I'm like, I'm good. Let me just take a break. Yeah. I know the opportunity is going

be there. You know what I'm saying? So I'm not really like what's in a rush to do anything.

Because it got to be the right situation. I've been doing this media thing for a long time,

man, and at the top of my

game. As far as I'm concerned, the best to do it. Because I don't come with no Fugasey

bullshit, like a lot of these other dudes that be out there talking. Mine be real to the point.

True assessment, whether it's on the hardwood or whether it's on the football field, whether

it's on a baseball diamond. This is what I truly see. I understand because I played all three sports.

And so I sat back with my agent and we, you know, strategize, okay, what are we going to do right now?

So my thing was, let's just sit tight, wait till the beginning of the year, and then let's take our meetings
