A lot to cover in our time here together.

A couple things I want to talk about.

First thing I want to talk about is the concept of gilting people by giving so much without expectation that it creates the outcome that you're looking for.

And I think it's an interesting thing because when I come to talks, I'm always trying to provide the most value that I possibly can.

And I'm trying to find platforms that connect all of us.

Everybody in here is in a different place in their journey, whether it's entrepreneurship or working in an environment, start up.

There's just so much different shit happening in the room that it's hard when you speak because you don't want to talk so narrow that half the audience is checked out because there's zero relevance.

And that's why I love talking about attention.

And I'll get to that in a minute because the one thing I'm sure of is that every single person here needs to understand that they have to grab attention and then story tell and create the action that they want.

At the same token, it is that action that fascinates me.
