Hi, this is Josh. And until today, I knew essentially nothing about Karen Read, her trials, the evidence, the news. After hearing a few interesting tidbits over the weekend, I decided to peek in and see what everyone's been talking about. So, today, I watched all five parts of the (stupidly named) HBO docuseries A Body in the Snow: The Karen Read Trial. And I recorded my thoughts just for you, between each episode.

0:19.7	It is Wednesday, July 2nd in the morning, and we've had a
0:27.6	crazy week. Last week, we received about 500 new documents related specifically to keys from, for now, an undisclosed source,
0:43.8	stuff that completely floored me than I never thought in a million years we'd have access to.
0:51.2	So we'd spent the last week kind of putting everything on pause to slowly go through all those
0:56.5	documents. There's a lot of photos, close-up photos of items taken from him, just a lot of stuff that
1:07.1	I never thought would make it out into the world. So we are appreciative for the
1:12.8	relationships that we have forged that made this possible. And yeah, I think, you know,
1:18.8	so since the season wrapped, we found new dates on newspapers in Keys' Cabin. We got all these
1:26.8	new files. We got more FBI conversations. So I think
1:31.9	we're building a very robust season seven. In fact, we had initially planned to do eight episodes,
1:38.6	and it may have to be more than that, which is a good thing because I think we have a lot of
1:43.7	story to tell a lot of
1:45.2	things to say and a ton of investigation to do. The team and I are meeting in about a week
1:51.3	out in Boston before the True Crime Podcast Festival. We're going to go over everything,
1:56.5	finish out or figure out our plan of attack. But what I can say, I don't want to give out too much
2:03.1	information about this document dump right now. But there is evidence in there that links keys
2:11.8	to two potential victims we've discussed. And there's new information about a cash in there. And I think with some work
2:22.2	we've been doing with Kathy, a listener who has become a friend who came on the South America
2:28.9	trip and is coming on the Bali trip, I think we might be able to pinpoint the exact location of a few caches now.
