1:11.6	Now, today, I'm here with three new filings from the court website, and we're going to go through all of them really quickly, starting with the state's response to Lori's motion to disqualify Judge Voreski because the state responded yesterday. After I went live. Oh, the state responded.
1:29.3	And it reads, quote, the state of Arizona through undersigned counsel responds to the defendant's motion to disqualify Judge Boreski.
1:36.3	Defendant's motion should be denied since established any judicial bias, appearance of bias, or fundamental error.
1:50.0	Defendant's motion to disqualify the judge relies heavily upon the fact that Judge Boreski has provided legal reason to deny many of the defendant's motions he sustained objections
