and in this episode, we're going to be talking about becoming the positive you, the life journey

that we are all on and how we can align ourselves with positive frequency and

positive vibrations. That way we can experience what it is that we're here to experience,

but we can do it with a positive mindset and a positive outlook that helps build us up

and gives us something to give away. But before we get started, we're going to take a few

moments to slow down zero in. we're going to take a few moments

to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths. And what we're

going to do is we're going to align on a frequency that we want in our lives. So you could pick

love, joy, happiness, whatever frequency you want in your life. You're going to say that word

over and over and over again as you take a deep breath in. And then as you're in your life, you're going to say that word over and over and over again

as you take a deep breath in, and then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something

in that frequency. And then once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you

and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. All right. Well, we're going to do another breathing exercise.

Again, this one is going to be all about alignment about

getting yourself in position to relax receive and become what it is that you

want to become so imagine that you are surrounded by the most healing positive

uplifting vibration and when you breathe it in this frequency is going to

come within you loosen up anything that's, anything that's holding you down, any blockages that you have.
