Day 7 of practice.

Now in the books, it was extremely, extremely hot hot out on the field 90 degrees plus and it

felt even hotter out there uh i was melting and i just did not have pads on uh or a helmet or anything

like i can't even imagine how the players must have felt because we were all beyond roasting on the

sideline but uh it was a very fun, very entertaining, very hard hitting and just intense practice.

And it was really fun to watch because there were a lot of competitive periods that were extremely competitive.

And that's just what you love to see this time of year.

I also thought there were multiple opportunities for things to get a little bit

heated and chippy, especially on like a 95 degree day. I thought the players did a nice job of

responding well to that and just kind of, you know, going about their business and going on to the

next play and treating each other like brothers. So even on those hot, intense days where you're

looking maybe for a little bit of

extracurriculars, I thought the team did a really nice job in kind of keeping everything under
