We are back with our quick hits episode going over all the key takeaways from Wednesday's

practice.

Let's get into things right away.

Let's start with the injury updates. The only small piece of good news from an injury update standpoint was that Marcia

Lloyd did his first team drill. So it didn't take long for him to go from just individual,

from getting some teamwork. So it was great to see him out there with the team and getting a

couple handoffs and things like that. We did have some bad news, though. Carrington Valentine was out with a hamstring injury.

It's the first time I think we've really had to use that hamstring word too much.

It's only the first one.

You know, you still don't like to hear it, but hopefully it's nothing too long or nothing that lingers.

But Carrington Valentine not practicing on Wednesday,

Donovan Jennings also was out again with a knee

injury. Remember, he had been out at the beginning of camp, came back, and now is out again this time with a knee injury.

And then the other one that is definitely of note as well, Edgrian Cooper dropped out of practice.
