First of all, I owe you an apology.

I mentioned yesterday on the Quick Kits episode that I'd have a full review of practice number

10 for you this morning. And I let you down. I am sorry. I got back home way later than I

expected to last night. And I had to be up super early this morning, and I unfortunately made sleep a priority last night.

I think I probably still only got four or five hours of sleep, but I didn't have an opportunity

to record a full episode on day 13. I will get you tomorrow all of the notes from both day 12

and day 13. I'm going to kind of do a week in review of everything that happened at training

camp and we'll go into a deeper dive on both practice 12 and 13. So you can look forward to that

tomorrow. Thankfully, I had a couple episodes from Ross Uglom. So I appreciate Ross having those

episodes ready so I could get you the Carrington Valentine episode this morning. And of course,

we've got our quick hits episode right now for day 13 of practice.
