feminine impression podcast. Today we are talking all about femininity.

I want to introduce a new series where we discuss what femininity actually means.

What is it?

This term is being thrown around so much and I think there's a lot of overlap and confusion. So I really want to get back to the basics. That way those of you who are just coming into it can learn what it actually means.

So this is going to be a three-part series because I want to take my time and break it down

and not overwhelm you.

So go ahead and sit back, relax, get something to drink,

get something to right with, and let's talk about this. So what is femininity? We hear this word so much and we're sort of kind of

meshing it in with things like elegance, high society living, being

super girly, and there is a definition to kind of embody some of these traits but not all of them.

Femininity is a disposition of your womanhood.

It is your womanliness, the thing that makes you unique as a woman, the thing that sort of

separates you from a man. Not to say that men don't have feminine traits because they do.

We all have masculine and feminine traits

because we're all made in the image of God.

And God has both masculine and feminine traits.

That's what makes us complete and whole.

But as a woman, you lean more into your feminine traits. as a man they lean more into their masculine traits.

That's what creates balance. This is important to note because sometimes we hear femininity femininity and we forget that we absolutely need those masculine traits in different times in our lives.
