James and I are in a fantastic mood this evening, this afternoon as we record this episode

of the Lockdown Bengals podcast.

Today's episode, we're going to talk about Trey Wains again because it turns out it's

not just his agent that's upset that Trey Wains hasn't signed his deal.

He was on Tchaio Spikes behind the Mask podcast this week. We have a great audio clip from that for you to listen to.

You can hear some of the frustration in Trey Wayne's voice. And then after that, James and I are going to talk about the training camp battles,

what we expect to be the exciting positions to watch as training camp is scheduled to open

in just a few weeks.

It sucks because, you know, like I expressed my age and I was like, yo, like I'm trying to like train.

You know what I'm saying?

But I don't want to like train too hard because, you know, I f***inground get hurt. Then what? Because I ain't, you know,

it ain't thin. So, you know, it's a struggle because you're trying to figure out how to train and

prepare for something that may or may not happen. And you don't want to, like, risk injury, as you

guys could probably see, you know, a couple guys already got hurt, you know,

but it's like, how am I supposed to make myself better without being able to push myself
