But I want to start with the news that Kavan Looney has undergone surgery for an ab muscle.

I don't think the surgery is necessarily surprising, but the news here is that he's expected

to be ready by the start of next season, whenever that might be.

I did some research.

I wanted to see how long these ab things usually work out.

So the University of Utah says that this type of injury typically takes six to eight weeks

to fully recover from. And during that six to eight week stretch, very limited motion. Obviously,

of everything you do so not you can't really run you can't really even lift over about 10 pounds

for a period of time obviously no twisting and turning and things like that so kvon is going to be
