Stirling, Kay Brown was talking about what you should and should not do after a certain age on your legs. Was that really? Yeah. We were talking about basketball. We were talking about. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because I don't know the story here, but tell us about this journey that you're on.
