All right. Back to Drake May versus Jaden Daniels.

So I most of you know I'm a big Jaden Daniels guy coming out. I was a big Jaden Daniels guy and I'm still a big Jaden Daniels guy.

I don't even look at some of the numbers that are out there with respect to this past season.

Why? Because they're irrelevant to me.

He played four football games start to finish out of 17.

He played in seven total out of 17.

In almost every single game he played in, the team was significantly compromised.

This was one of those years. You chalk up to really bad luck, injury-wise, hard to evaluate.

I don't think it was that hard to evaluate the defense overall, and that's where the emphasis

has to be.

But to me, it's like he played 52 out of 54 games in college.

He played 20 out of 20 in his rookie season in the NFL, even though there was a rib injury

and there were bumps and bruises along the way, as there are with every player,

including quarterbacks. Last year was the aberration. I know it sparked renewed concern

about his injury prospects moving forward. And a lot of that is based on the body type. We know that.

The body type is definitely one of those body types you look at and you're like, it looks breakable.

And he doesn't do the best job of protecting himself, especially in key situations. So is this going to be what we have to deal with in the future?

I'm not ready to say that because, again, 52 out of 54 college games

and 20 out of 20 in the NFL.

I mean, the 17 regular season games,

and then he did play in three postseason games.

I am still team Jaden Daniels. I would pick Jaden Daniels if we redrafted right now,
