I was a fireman for a little while.

I've got a heap of stores I can tell you, but this one here was just kind of a real close call.

We get a call to go out to this location which was a way out in a rural area.

And paved roads out there, and you get to the paved road,

and you got to turn off into a dirt road, into a driveway,

and it goes up into about, you know, 50, 60 yards to a person's house.

Yeah, Bob and I've been there, I think.

Yeah, I have been there.

Yeah, Podunk.

This was beyond Podunk.

Poeunk is where they went on Saturday night.

This is the kind of a place that I have nightmares where, you know, I meet a woman

and she describes herself one way, and then she breaks both my legs and I never leave.

I know where you're talking about, Kevin. Yeah, believe me. So go on. So, you know, me and the guys

on the truck, you know, I got engineering and this me, which I was at, I was a sergeant at the time.

And I got, you know, three other guys in the truck, too.

And we didn't, so we didn't actually know.

They didn't tell us what's going on, you know.

But when you're a fireman, they always get there first, you know.

Right.

You know, before police or anything, you know, the fire department always gets there first.
