this suave cooking technology came out and the restaurants were doing that and they were doing that

for their prep work so they would suave these thick steaks or pork chops or chicken or salmon

and then the line cooks when you ordered would take it out of the water they'd get a pan nice and hot

and they'd sear the meat in the pan and then add a sauce right to the pan and de-glaze the pan. And we had identified that in

restaurants and said, what if we helped the consumer do that? So we could suvi the protein

in an industrial setting, but using the exact same technology as you would in a restaurant.

And then we could provide a little kit. And inside the kit, you'd have your suvied protein in

So at home the consumer could take and they could panseer that protein to heat it up because

it would come in a chilled state and then they could add that cold sauce to the hot pan and de-glaze

That whole process takes, you know, three to four minutes and they're cooking like a chef using

five-star chefs are using. So that was kind of like we had the insight in what we wanted to do.

And then stumbling on that process was kind of give us the vision for how we were going to pull it off.

And then we were able to just focus on the execution, manufacturing the products, and coming up with
