At the end of the half, you guys went for the field goal rather than trying to go for it. What was the reason to do you?

Yeah, that was the make line that we had for the end of the half, so we thought we were just at the right spot. And coming back, we give them a chance. They missed one. But if we could get it into that space, John, that's what we thought at the end of the half going that direction, that would be decided. you guys are really aggressive going for it sometimes in situations, is it just kind of playing a game situation there?

Yes.

When you feel like you can make it to the mark, then, you know, you can disagree with the result,

but the process to get there, we thought, you know, we hit the marks if we wanted to.

That was a good follow-up question from John.

When you start at your own 43, the other team's 41 shouldn't be the mark.

With two minutes and two seconds left and three timeouts, you start from your own 43,

the other team's 40 or 41 yard line,, which is the range in which you want to get your kicker into,

should not be the goal.

Am I missing something there?

Maybe he was missing it in sort of the explanation.

And look, it's the post- and everybody's, you know, emotional,

certainly after an ass kicking like the one they took last night. But that was frustrating to me,

but I also knew in the moment, based on the play calling and the lack of calling timeouts,

they just were not confident. They were not confident in their ability to protect,

and they didn't want to leave Green Bay

with a lot of time if they went three and out, or they didn't get into field goal range.

But the field goal, and apparently the Green Bay 40-yard lines, so basically, you know, 41 would

have been the 58-yard kick.

So basically they were in it for 16 yards of gain in two minutes.
