I will continue with my mock schedule here in a moment.

There was some news today, actually from Alex Sherman of CNBC,

reporting that the NFL is going to divvy up five games this year

between YouTube and Netflix.

It's an extra five games.

And the games come from the double-header Monday Night games that aired several of them

on NFL network. And after the merger of the NFL network with ESPN, they took those games

back and they're trying to sell them as a package to YouTube and Netflix. And where they will land, more likely than not,

is probably three games on Christmas Day.

Expect a triple header on Christmas Day this year.

And there's also a chance for a Thanksgiving Eve game,

a Wednesday night Thanksgiving Eve game on Wednesday night,

November 25th.

But this report also suggested that the schedule will come out next week, even though there

have been some reports that it would be held back until the following week.

All right, my annual mock schedule, we are 11 games into.

I've got them opening at Philadelphia on Sunday, September 13th.

I've got a week two home opener against the Houston Texans, a week three game on the road on Thursday night football against the Giants,

a week four London game against the Indianapolis Colts 9.30 a.m. Eastern.

In October 12th, buy week, so a much earlier by week this year.

A Monday night game against the Rams on October 18th.

I'm sorry, that would be, yeah, October 19th would be the date, actually, for that game.
