hello to you all of a Davis, not only do we have a new desk, all have we got

some fancy desk arms from microphones that are quite delicious. Yeah, I'm still a

bit worried about moving them too much. Surely no stand is that stable? Well apparently

these are. I'm used to, you know, I've done a year and a half now of stands that collapse

on me or need coats on the other end as a counterweight. Yeah, I mean, I've got two. You bought

me two mic stands. Accidentally so. You've only been supposed to buy me one. You bought

me two. I'm a generous person. And it was quite handy as well because the first one

just snapped. Instantly the top fit just snapped off in. I was like, well that's okay

because I've got another one. Put that one on, put the coat on the end, put the microphone

again snapped. Here's my prediction. We're going to need to buy new microphones.

Wait, these are so heavy. Well, I know, but that's because they're like podcaster mics,

they're designed to be like good in that. But what about the one Adam uses for his list

videos? Well, I think they're not as good. Well, that's a question for Laurie. They're

much light. But you made Laurie head of production and all that gobbins. Yeah. Is that what his

title is? Yeah. Yeah. So, and he has picked these. So he would know. Cool. He knows the difference

between using this and using the condenser. I said, Laurie, no more skimping and saving.

I want quality. I want all the quality in this studio. I want quantity of quality if anything.

Because previously, it used to be the other way around where we would buy stuff dirt cheap

and then it would break within sort of a month of us having it. And then we were like, well,

do you know what? It does sort of still work. So we'll just make do with what we've got.
