I knew this is where comedy was.

Goni Carson changed my life twice.

It was just like a dream. It was just like everything I had worked for and dreamed about has come to fruition.

They said Johnny fell overlapping.

It makes me so happy.

I made him laugh.

But with Johnny, you know you knew you had a kid audience and you could really go great.

My wife at the curtain all held real loose backstage.

People were running up and she said, go back out, go back out.

Johnny wants you back.

I walked back through the curtain very calm and Johnny, I took about, and Johnny put that little circle up at the finger, and I am Mark Malka. This is the podcast where I talk to people whose lives were changed by going on the Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson.

Did you ever see him? I was too young.

I was, the closest I got to Carson was I was 13 and my parents, I begged my parents, I was on the

East Coast to take me to LA, and I wanted to just go over to Burbank to get, to see the show show but I was 13 and you had to be 16 to see the show.

So I did the tour and they took us into Studio 1 and I got to sit in the front row in an empty studio.

The color curtains were raised above,

maybe 20 or 30 feet, and none of the lights were on,
