So something happened yesterday with Kevin McCarthy, the former speaker of the House, said that he is resigning from Congress at the end of the month.

What a baby! What a whiny quitty baby!

Yeah, it really tells you that he didn't get the job that he wanted or he couldn't retain the job that he wanted.

So he's gonna take his ball and go home.

My mommy said I didn't have to play anymore.

It really does show you what we tell you on this show every day

that the overwhelming majority of these people in elected life

don't care about you at all. They're not there to serve you. They're not there to

create policies to make their lives better. They are there to enhance and enrich themselves.

And it's a, and look, this is true up and down. Now, now there's a chance that somebody on your city council or your

local town council or township board. They're doing it because they want to do some

good and help. But when you start certainly getting into the level of Congress and

it's true in many ways. you start certainly getting into the level of Congress.

And it's true in many ways with even these state reps

and state senator type people.

I mean, they are totally there for themselves,

the betterment of themselves,

screw you, if you happen to get some benefit out of my vote

along the way, then okay.

And this is just a glaring example of that.
