I'm going to kick it off, Max, with, like, we've been buying, both of us have been buying up Houston stock for a while now.

We should probably sell it because we bought so low.

So, so, but I'm going low. But I'm going to buy,

I'm going to buy Houston to actually win the division. Right now, Jacksonville has a one-game

lead. Jacksonville with games against the Jets, the Colts banged up, the Titans still left. They

do play at Denver with Houston still with games

down the stretch against the Cardinals, Raiders, they've got to go to L.A. to play the Chargers.

They finish with the Colts. I'm not only going to buy them to win the actual AFC South with a 12 and 5 record. But that's going to give them

the three seed, which will set it up a little bit easier. They'll play a home game and then

potentially two road games. Maybe we'll see, because Buffalo more likely than not is going to be

in that position, and they could end up hosting the AFC championship game against somebody like Buffalo, you know, a wild card team.

You know, New England and Denver are going to probably be the top two seeds in the AFC,

and they're going to have a chance to play at least, you know, two home games more likely than not

before in the Patriot in the one seat

only only get two games in total.

But at home, I think you could see a Houston hosting Buffalo in an AFC title game,

but Houston's got to get to that division winningwinning position, and I think they will.

I don't know that Houston's going to lose again this year in the regular season.
