Kevin Kaiser. Kevin is a mentor, speaker, an author, and as I said, just an all around inspirational and wise fellow in this podcast, we go deep into some of his recent thoughts about meaning, about purpose, about, you know, feeling like you matter as a person.

Friends, I want to tell you about my favorite morning supplement drink called magic mind magic mind. It is an elixir that makes you focus better on your work, be more creative and drink less coffee. And that's really important. I used to drink like five cups of coffee a day, but

1:36.5

late last year actually had a little bit of a health scare, like heart and blood pressure wise. And I had to cut back my coffee to one a day.

1:45.1

And at first, I thought that was going to be a terrible thing, but now after I've done it, I really, really enjoy it.

1:52.1

Any of that extra edginess or like weirdness is gone and it's been great only drinking one cup of coffee, but having the coffee with the magic mind right afterwards is a great way to get that same pro long energy that I was I was always searching for in coffee without all the extra coffee.

In magic mind, there is matcha, new tropics, adaptogens that all help you fight off stress and just get your gears going, get in your flow state and stay focused.

It comes in a little bottle. You just give it a little shake, drink it down and you're good to go. I keep a fresh bottle sitting on my desk every morning, so I remember to take it whenever I get into my studio.

All right, my friends. The time is now. Let's go do it. Let's go talk to the brilliant and wise Kevin Kaiser.

3:02.8

Yeah, the other day, whenever we were talking on the phone, you you started telling me about some some thoughts that you were having and just kind of based on your

3:14.0

continuous unfolding your journey through life and whatever.

3:19.4

You started thinking more about meaning and not only just kind of like meaning in the sense of what do things mean, but also what do things mean to you and what is the meaning inherent in yourself. And so I love if you could just take perhaps one of those three

3:38.6

words and kind of walk down and share some of what you've been thinking in terms of them. Yeah, sure. Well, the other day, I had a really close friend. Somebody I've known for about 20 years. Reach out to me. He had a really

3:56.6

deep, let's call it like a life altering type of experience. And to the point where it really shook his sense of self and it really shook his sense of what was what is life, what does it mean to me to be me. And he's, you know, like a lot of people that I know his sense of meaning in life and sense of self is like slowly kind of become dismantled.

4:23.2

And so in the course of this conversation, he said, what like, what is the meaning of life? And I told him, well, this may feel like a really dangerous idea, but life itself is meaning less.

4:39.1

Meaning like you, you give it all the meaning that it has for you, you color it with all of the meaning that it has for you.

4:48.1
