I'm doing pretty good. I just finished recording the

audio book for now is the way. Good, you know, six hours of talking so that was

fun. Actually it was a it was fun to record it. I had a good time doing that and I'm

excited to have that come out along with the actual hardcover book in September. So a lot of talking, but it was cool. And actually the second time I've read the book out loud. That was a approach of mine whenever I was writing was to read the entire thing I allowed to myself to make sure that every aspect of the writing had that natural flow flow that quality that conversation of flow to it and

Speaking of flow today on the podcast is my dear friend Kevin Kaiser you know I love love talking to him that's why I like to

have him on the show as often as possible you know he's just every time that we talk we we have

and it could be you know on the phone or

just on the podcast or whatever but we always have to me anyway just special

conversations you know there's a particular I don't know if you know anyone like this, but I hope that you do. There's like a particular frequency that arises that I kind of only get whenever I talk to Kevin a specific resonance and it's always so positive and

thought-provoking and insightful and present type of conversations and I just really love and with good stuff in here and

interesting things and always doing new things and he's doing something new
