radio on time on target. I'm your host this evening, Steve Beltridge. Joining me is a very, very special

guest. Somebody I've known for quite a few years, although we lost touch for a little while,

my old commander from Panama. At that time, he was major Kevin Hagen's and retired as a

Colonel. We're going to take a break a little bit from Afghanistan tonight. I know everyone's

been inundated with that stuff. We're going to be talking about Latin America and Kevin is the

subject matter expert on Latin America. We're going to talk about SF in Latin America from 62

through present day. We'll touch on a bunch of different subjects that I believe our listeners

will really enjoy. But before we do that, Kevin, welcome to the podcast. We appreciate your time,

and I got to tell you, your appearance is a lot better looking than mine is.

Well, good to see you again, Steve. Congratulations on this software program. It's really an important

contribution to the community. Well, we appreciate that, especially coming from someone like you,

because I don't believe there was a harder working guy at the time when we were all stationed

in Panama than yourself. And I had to do braiding on the podcast a few months ago. We were laughing

about how at times we'd have to drag you out of the office to get you to get a meal in.

Yeah, those were some good times there. We had some good nations back then.

We did, and a lot of good people.

But yeah, Steve, as you were saying, and I guess the last 46 years I've been affiliated with

Latin America. I didn't anticipate it would turn out this way, but I guess my association began
