One of those crazy white people that have their dogs sleep in bed with them.

And one of our dogs, she's always on the outside, so keeping me from rolling out to bed and she's under the covers.

And at this point, I was sleeping face down, and I just woke up to just the most god-awful

stink.

I just can't describe it.

And then I pieced it together.

Oh, yeah, she's been scooting her butt a lot.

Her anal glands had expressed about six inches from my face.

That is a smell.

God, that is a smell. They could do it on their own? Well, if they get to the point where they have to release. Yeah, I didn't realize. You can do it manually, or it's just going to happen on it. It's like a zip. Right, right. You can pop the damn thing, or eventually it's just going to do itself the way it does. Ah. How messy is that? like how much, how much is extracted from the anal glands?

It was not a lot, thankfully, quantity-wise, but I mean, the smell just stayed in the room.

Open all the windows, get a fan going.

It didn't matter.

It was there all night and all the next day.
