that looked at the differences between ketogenic diets and non-ketogenic diets for both

body recomposition in terms of fat loss and also lean body mass gain. And specifically, one of the

studies is with resistance trained women who are doing either a ketogenic diet or non-ketogenic diet.

So before we fully jump in, I want to tell you about a very important nutrient that many of us are deficient in and not even aware of it.

And that nutrient is light and specifically red light.
