Hello, E.C., how are you? Good. What's going on with you? Oh, living the dream.

0:23.7

Living the dream. We're doing good. We're going to talk nutrition. We're going to talk nutrition. We're going to talk about specifically crossfitters nutrition.

0:30.5

Okay. You and I have been doing crossfits since approximately what, 1984? That's what it feels like when I was

0:36.0

January 1st, 2006. Good for you. We probably started right around the same time. And in the same place. I don't know if everybody knows that about us. 1:28.5

years, those 2006, 2010, there really wasn't any research on it. And now there actually is

1:34.5

some research directly on CrossFit, which is pretty cool. So this is an article that was

1:38.6

released in June, and it's kind of summarizing the findings from all of these CrossFit specific studies.

1:45.7

Now, I'll let the cat out of the bag now.

1:48.1

I think still more research needs to be done to conclusively say a lot of things that I think

1:52.8

people want to hear.

1:53.9

But I thought it would be kind of cool to review the state of the evidence, the state of the
