therapeutic sessions with ketamine, they tend to find themselves all of a sudden spending more time

in nature with friends and with family, even though their work or life situations haven't changed,

which I think is a really important thing to keep in mind is that even though it may seem like,

and I include myself in this, you've got to work X number of hours per day or do Y amount of stuff, there are opportunities to shift your perspective.
