but I'm really glad to be back here on the KSR YouTube channel Airwaves to talk about, you know, the Lady Cats.

And we have some good news.

You know, it's July, and you think nothing's really happening at this point.

But we have some good news.

We got some summer practice details, some tea, if you will, you know, got some things to talk about. Just a really fun time

for Kentucky women's basketball and why delay the fun. Let's go ahead and get started. Kentucky

gets a, what I would call a surprise commitment. And obviously, I think it was a surprise for

like Big Boone Nation and, you know, everyone else. But it was a surprise for like Big Boone Nation and you know everyone else but it was a surprise for me

when I learned that Jaden McLean who is actually in our chat right now it looks like everybody say hi to Jaden McLean

Kentucky Women's Basketball commit and the 2029 recruiting classes in the chat here on the memorial memo shout out jaden i got

the chance to talk to her last night and you know i think what was so interesting about the commitment

you know i me being an in-state kid and obviously i grew up loving kentucky and i'm not going to

say jaden didn't grow up loving Kentucky

but I got the chance to talk to her last night and you know she commits early but you know

like you sit and you think and you talk to her and she's you know she tells me like you know it took

until Kenny Brooks got to Kentucky for me to really, you know, get on the Kentucky train.

And then it kind of became her dream school.

And, you know, someone said this on KS Board last night when I kind of mentioned that.

And I'm really glad they did.

Like, they mentioned the, like, you know, like the purity of college athletics is not completely dead.
