housekeeping stuff as we usually do at the beginning of each episode. Last week, guys, we ran a replay

episode of the Jeffrey Curley case, and man, that's a tough one. But just before that, guys,

we had done a case that I had been putting off.

It was the assassination of Assistant Attorney General Paul McLaughlin.

And I've gotten a lot of feedback on that one.

It was long overdue for Boston Confidential.

I don't know if I was successful in getting across how big of a case this was

in Massachusetts. The entire country's eyes was on this case because it was a situation that usually

happens in Colombia, in Palermo, Italy, right, where mob bosses and organized crime go after

those who try to enforce the laws against them. That's exactly what happened here in Boston.
