Of the 19 co-defendants indicted in Georgia's election interference case, two have thus far demanded a speedy trial. A trial has been set for October 23, 2023. But in the event those two defendants, Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell go to trial first, this could end up doing serious damage to Donald Trump in the court of public opinion.
