So for those of you like me who have hideous food allergies,

a big potlucky family holiday dinners are a real bear. Am I

right? They are just a hard-to-swallow pill because you can't eat anything when I was first

diagnosed as celiac disease back in 2010. It was the fall of that year, October, I believe, before Thanksgiving, and I thought

my holidays were ruined because I'd never have stuffing and pie ever again. Well, little did I know

there were plenty of carbohydrates in my future. And for those of you who have been newly diagnosed

with celiac disease, if you have a gluten sensitivity or you just don't want to gut bomb with Thanksgiving, then I will absolutely save your holiday.

Now, the first most important thing at Thanksgiving, everyone's like, it's the turkey.

Now, turkey's over like $200 this year.

You don't even need a turkey.
